They were the only dumpster rental company that not only passed our rigorous online evaluation process, offered service in Mebane, Kernersville, Winston-Salem, Burlington and Greensboro, but also passed our over the phone evaluation process, in which the waste management company employees were able to answer each and every question we had, with precision and honesty.
Waste management companies that couldn’t answer our over the phone questions about what roll off dumpsters they offered, how soon could they start our service, or worse, lied to our faces when we asked the touch questions, had their overall Top 10 Ratings reduced dramatically.
One of the most surprising things we encountered while doing our dumpster rental company evaluation process was the great lengths some of them went through to obfuscate and deceive us.
